This Top 10 leaves a few out I think. Stephen Alexander's groin punch was just as egregious as some of the stuff that went on in men's college bball towards the end of this year. There were a few blatant groin punches. Also, how is Haynesworth's face-stomp not on here? That was one of the ugliest things I've ever seen in sports. How about when Delmon Young threw a bat at the umpire? How about the Pistons-Pacers-Ron Artest-Fan brawl thing from November of 2005?

You could make a much better top 10 than this, although I think this list was made several years ago.
