I eat mostly organic at home and I avoid junk for the most part when I eat out. I don't eat at fast food chains either.

Oh and last night was day 90 on the Power 90! Moving on to the Power 90 Master Series next, and after that... P90X.
what's after p90x.. gotta make the full 360

Oh brother. Looks like our country is gearing up for the next "war" -- first it was the War on poverty, then the war on drugs, then the war on terror ... now it's the "War on Obesity".

On and on it goes. The only thing all these "wars" do is take away more of our freedoms and cost us money.

Am I the only one who's done with all of the wars?
Instead of war on poverty they got a war on drugs
so the police can bother me

though I'd have to say that regulation of the food industry is probably somewhat important.. I mean unless we just want to start shipping in lead-filled produce from China

well played sir.

on eating right: an easy philosophy to take when it comes to food is to buy things that are fresh. if it is packaged and has more than a handful of ingredients, let it stay on the shelf. if you cant pronounce something in the ingredients, you may not want to put it in your body.

Good question, maybe Insanity? Or another round of P90X? I'll figure something out to keep the sweat flowin'.
