Southwest is the least complained about airline. Doesn't surprise me, I have had good service every time I fly with them.

So what airline is doing it right? On the DOT’s official report (on which we relied for our list), that would be Southwest—the perennial consumer favorite that registered the lowest number of complaints the past three years running. The airline’s fans continually remark on the friendly customer service, which Kello agrees can defuse a stressful trip. “Smiles,” he says, “don’t cost airlines a penny.”
I always fly Southwest when possible.
I can't say I've ever had issues with any airline really, but I only fly once or twice per year.

I don't get to fly it often but for me nothing beats Midwest Airlines and their freshly baked chocolate chip cookies when you're flying

Southwest is by far the best airline and from my experience last month, the best airline to work for.
My wife's sister and brother-in-law are both pilots for Southwest and once a year they have a "Spirit Party" in Vegas or somewhere else fun where they invite the entire company, something like 30,000 employees. This year my wife and I got to go to the party and it was insane. Southwest rented out all of old Vegas and booked Jefferson Starship and basically encouraged you to drink as much as possible. When I went to get a beer, they were like "Here! Have three."
When you see the employees you can totally see why it's as respected as it is.
Also scary when you think that a lot of them were pilots maybe flying you back home the next day. :D

I've never flown South West cause they're so damn expensive when it comes to flying out of Seattle. When I worked at Boeing we treated South West like royalty...whatever they wanted they got...I wouldn't have been surprised if management asked us to assist in whipping South West employees asses in the bathroom.
Anywho, there's something to be said against their safety record (http://www.cnn.com/2008/US/03/06/southwest.planes/).

Flew Delta yesterday...just awful. Delayed as always, and horrible customer service
