724Skinsfan 07-27-2010, 11:35 PM I'd love to visit just about any country. North Korea might be a little tricky. I've been to Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland and Italy. For some reason I don't count Canada or Mexico as other countries.
As far as the US, yeah Alaska would be a lot of fun. I've been to most of the touristy places in the lower 48 from Seattle to San Diego, Miami to Bangor and everywhere in between. My dad loved to travel when we were kids and I kept at it once I got older. I'd really like to one day visit Cheyenne Mtn and show my kids what I used to do in the military.
GMScud 07-28-2010, 01:42 AM Nice thread.
I've seen a lot of Europe, the Bahamas, the Virgin Islands, Aruba, and Canada as far as out of the country.
For what I haven't seen:
Inside the US:
-Hawaii
-Alaska
-Pacific Northwest (including Vancouver)
-Napa Valley (well, all over California wine country really)
-Mount Rushmore/then push west for some camping in Montana
-Maine (Acadia looks beautiful)
-San Diego
Outside:
-London
-Australia/New Zeland
-Costa Rica
-I'll give a 3rd to southernmost South America, with a stop in Patagonia on the way down there.
-All over Eastern Asia, specifically Hong Kong (my little brother is living/working there pretty much indefinitely as of this past spring)
-Southern France
-Southern Italy/Sicily (visit my roots- been to Northern Italy, never south)
-Greece
-And most definitely an African safari
