Priceless on that 2nd paragraph, making fun of Smootsmack and made a joke of your own. Bravo sir.

My friend that had it done said it wasn't bad, but he had some soreness for several weeks. Not crippling pain or anything, just a dull kind of ache that comes and goes.
I'm 46 I all ready have dull kind of aches that come and go.

I'm not worried about any of the pain I'm worried that I could be the 1 in 1700 that have a complication.

I heard that jumping jacks are good for post-vasectomy treatment. The increased heart rate helps blood flow to get to the area for a quicker healing.

Actually if it gets no worse then this I think the choice for the man to have it done is the best way to go. Tommorow morning may be another story but taday the worse thing is my stiches are itching. The only pain was the slight sting from the shot but after that I was numb. I'm a little sore but nothing to talk about. I'm not letting the wife know its nothing and still getting pampered for anything I need.

Maybe 20min max. They numb up one side, make the cut, clip the tub, catherize it, then stich you up. Then they do the other side and your done. I walked in the office at 8:30 and was out of the office before 9:30. I hate laying around for two days more then anything.

Well, ya gotta strategically plan the operation. I had it done on the Friday before the draft where we got Samuels and Arrington, so I sat watching that all day and had my wife (ex- now) basically at my beck and call, one of the few weekends of peace in my former marriage :)
