What do you drive?SolidSnake84 08-20-2010, 07:40 AM I have a 2006 Ford Ranger 4X4 with a 5 speed. 99,000 miles. Then i have my 1981 Yamaha XS400, which is a real gem, only 11,000 miles. KLHJ2 08-20-2010, 07:54 AM I also have an xB, mine is a 2005. One of the reasons I bought it is because my brother, my best friend and I always used to hang out together and we're all 6'1 or taller, they both had 2 doors, so we'd always end up taking 2 cars wherever we went. It was just nice to have the space to fit all 3 of us. I'm thinking about getting rid of it in the next year or so, though, looking at Mini Coopers. Yeah I have the Expedition for the whole family. I just have the XB for work and picking up kids after school. It serves its purpose well. I do miss my Evo though. I like the mini Coopers as well. Ironically the size that we buy here in the U.S. are known as "Maxis" in Europe. The actual mini coopers are much smaller. htownskinfan 08-20-2010, 08:51 AM I need something good on gas,I bought a 2010 Kia Soul.Ive racked up 40,000 miles on it already. It doesnt have "sync" but it does have built in voice activated bluetooth which is pretty cool TheMalcolmConnection 08-20-2010, 09:32 AM 2004 Mazda3 and 2010 Honda Fit. FRPLG 08-20-2010, 09:34 AM '06 Civic Hybrid Schneed10 08-20-2010, 09:47 AM 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. It's a POS. I would never have purchased a Pontiac, but when my Camry kicked the bucket I inherited the Pontiac from my wife, and she got the new minivan. I'm driving the sucker into the ground because it's just the smart financial move. But part of me prays for it to break down so I can get into something else! Ruhskins 08-20-2010, 10:09 AM 2006 Nissan Maxima and a 2001 Chevy Tracker. I must say that I have beaten the hell out of the Tracker and that car is still running fine (knock on wood). The Maxima is nice, roomy, and pretty comfortable. I had some brake problems at the beginning, but it's all good now. BringBackJoeT 08-20-2010, 10:35 AM A 1999 Honda Civic . . . that has merely 85,000 miles on it. My wife and I both live and work in the city and ride the train, so the car sits motionless Monday through Friday every week, with only occasional exceptions. It's about as plain-Jane a car as you're going to find, but I love it--it's been totally reliable for 11 years. However, my wife really wants to just get rid of it and finally get a new one. She's part of a GM family, so she wants us to get an Equinox, which we'll likely get a good deal for. Not sure I'm sold on it yet though. jdlea 08-20-2010, 10:35 AM Also, my wife drives a 2001 (maybe?) Still runs well, with minimal maintenance. | |
