I like this allot, but if you think the Native Americans have a problem with what we have now this would make it worse. He looks angry almost like Hellboy.

Seriously though I like it.

I give you thumbs up for innovation, but the style is defintely throwback with a cartoonish edge to it. It looks too Arena Football League to me. Our uniforms are very sharp and unique. If it ain't broke don't fix it!!!!!! Change for changes sake isn't logical all the time, and not needed. Look at the all time winningest CFB programs like Michigan, Penn State, Alabama, and Oklahoma. THey haven't changed a damn thing for ages, if at all, with the exception of the headgear.

WOW I didn't know we had someone named Player on our team with the #97, thought that was Alexander. (***SARCASM***)

I loved the flat black helmets as well. Incidentally flat black is the latest “old school” trend in hot rods now a days; perhaps they were influenced by that?

it's the latest in old school hot rods now? haven't really seen it in years

however in european models it's huge, especially the high dollar benzes

OK if this is a useless thread my apologies and I realize I have been kind of a thread cop with aceinthehouse of late.


Last night I went out to Buffalo wild wings to watch the Vikes vs. Saints, the group we were with got into a conversation about the ugliest uniforms.


Most people were saying the Redskins and I was floored; I think our uniforms are pretty cool.

Do you guys hate our uniforms? Have you heard other folks say ours is ugly?

I even polled other tables and that seemed to be the case (hated our uniforms), I had on no redskins gear so it was not like they were trying to raze me.Our uniforms have stood the test of time, they're classic, almost irreplaceable at this point

we don't need some sort of freaking AFL update to them

people hate the uniforms of teams that they hate

I HATE HATE HATE when teams change their jerseys. Denver and Tampa Bay come to mind, seems like so many jerseys are starting to blend in. I'm probably just biased on the jerseys i grew up watching, and yes i realize every team has changed their jerseys multiple times before i was even born.

On topic i really like our jersey, classy and oldschool imo.

I like red, I like skins, so the uniforms.

I'm personally ready for a change to our helment, but I'm pretty cool with our unis. I'm just ready to get the Indian head off of the helment. I would rather have another symbol that is more threating. The Spear was cool, I don't know, the Indian head just sits there. His expression is not even intense.
