I suspect this was more about Kolb not feeling 100% along with Vick's stellar play of late. Anyway you look at, Kolb would have to come in and go gang busters for them to feel better about Vick being on the bench. It's the right move.
Welcome to the NFL Mr. Kolb. This sets the stage for a nice show down vs. The Iggles.

So much for the Kevin Kolb era. To be honest, I would rather face Kolb in a few weeks since Vick offers another dimension with his legs.

Hmmm...take that back. They're saying it's a permanent decision and it's not concussion related. Good for Reid. Bad for the Redskins.

Mayock speculated that it probably has more to do with Kolbs health then it does Vicks play.
Oh. Damniiiiit. I wanted to be the inventor of a dicey reason as to why their plan will fail. Well then in that case, I hope Kolb gets healthy soon because I would rather face him in week 4 than Vick.

Apparently Kolb is still experiencing headaches, this had nothing to do with Vicks recent production. However, the Eales are stupid. Thanks a million for McNabb you dip-sh*ts. I can't recall the last time a skins QB passed for 400+ yards.

Ooops, I stand corrected. According to ESPN
"The decision to go with Vick over Kolb is a permanent move and is not concussion related, a source told ESPN NFL analyst Chris Mortensen."
WOW! Andy Reid is a moron. This guy can't make up his mind for sh*t.

I don't believe this was Reid's decision. Another tidbit from ESPN.
After a day of film study that included coaches and members of the front office, Reid concluded that due to injury problems on the offensive line and Vick's mobility, Kolb was not the choice for quarterback, especially given Kolb's susceptibility to another concussion if he were constantly under duress.
Since when did the front office personal sit in on film sessions? Jeffery Lurie has pulled a Bud Adams IMO.

There was no way they could take Vick out of the line up after his last two games. Say what you will but he's played very well. One game was against a good defense and one was against a poor one. Perhaps this time around he's more dedicated to his profession and will become a better passer. I know Marty Morningweg has coached him up. We'll see.

This is pretty huge considering Reid already said Kolb would be the starter next week.
The inmates are now running the asylum in Philly. Quick fix fans are rejoicing but their long term integrity is shot. Their McNabb decision is goin to keep coming up if Kolb doesn't show behind center.

Is Andy Reid calling any of the personell shots in Philly anymore? Strange that the Vick decision came so quickly when just two days ago he said Kolb would still be his starter.
Well...maybe Dirty 30 can get a shot or two at him without being 40 yards downfield
