I think that would be considered "cyber-bullying" around here. :spank:
Rabid libs are so entertaining.
No, it's called calling out d*ckheads. I hope you come round and see the distinction between the two someday.

just a sad story all the way around. From the reports though, dude wasn't exactly in the closet, so it's kind of hard to see how he would be so ashamed of this that he'd kill himself for that reason alone.

Although I don't think it's bullying, it is definitely an invasion of privacy. I mean, I don't think anyone would be really proud of having their sexual exploits broadcasted live over the internet. (Okay.. Maybe some. But you know there's always that 1 you regret that you don't want anyone to know about) But on top of being gay, he has to worry about his friends seeing it, potentially his family hearing about it or seeing it and its the internet, things get around, it could screw up employment opportunities. A whole host of things. Going from a distinguished student/musician to some dude's bottom isn't exactly an "Oh well" kinda situation.
I understand the feeling though, kinda found myself in a position similar to this and the feeling of embarrassment and dread is the worst. Wouldn't wish it on anyone.

I agree with Matty. The intent was to humiliate and that makes it bullying.
If you don't agree and thereby take a stand against bullying, I'll kick your ass.
Nice "Hannah and Her Sisters" sig, by the way.

I think this is a hate crime. If the guy was straight, I doubt this individual would have gone to the same lengths to film it. I am sure they suspected he was gay, saw him spending time with other gay people and thought it would be funny to film it. I just graduated, and I could see many people in my school doing this.
Furthermore, gays are more likely to commit suicide because of social pressures based on recent research. This is effed up that society has come to this. We had a gay suitemate in our suite of 10. Although I did not share a room with him I had no issues with him being openly gay, and none of the 8 other guys did either. So what if he wants to have sex? Every gay guy doesnt just want to have sex with any man they see, so why worry lol?
