Mmmmmm, chicken McNuggets

My guy likes them with Ranch sauce.

Ok so I finally got the stuff to make them tonight so let me make sure I know how to make them.

First pound my meat.
Cut into pieces.
Salt and pepper to tast.
Put them into parmesan cheese.
Dip into egg whites.
Then into Italian bread crums.
Bake around 375.

Glad you liked I use panko crumbs vs. bread crumbs but whatever and I use the whole egg but again whatever.

My son brought them for lunch today and again his teacher said he loves them.

I will still eat Chicken Nuggets from McDonalds.

I did use Itilian Bread Crumbs and now that I look back you did say egg yolks. Not sure who liked them more me or my daughter.

Make them again and mix them in Buffalo Wild Wing sauce, you can buy their sauces at the restaurant, SO GOOD!

I cooked some with my daughter for dinner and the wife and I ate most of them. Time to cook another batch.

You mix the sauce in with the eggs?


No, just cook the nuggets as usually then get a big zip lock bag and shake them in the sauce.
