As much as I like what I saw of Steelers I really don't think they are that good. And we all know the Colts will choke. The only juggernaut in the AFC is the Patriots. They have experience and great coaches. A deadly combination.

I see it the opposite, saden. I think Pitts is the team that is good and has a knack for choking. The Colts problem is their D is weak and they would need to have an airshow in order to beat New England or Pittsburgh. However, they will have to play that game on the road and if the weather is nasty (as it will likely be in Foxboro and Pittsburgh in January), they will have a hard time throwing the ball. This year, barring an injury to McNabb, I think the Eagles are a lock to win the NFC. They just have too many weapons this season. The AFC is where it is wide open, imo and I can see any of the 6 play-off teams coming out alive.

i think philly is the most complete team in the NFC. the pats should win the AFC, but Indy's D is slowly getting better.

Actually the NFC has dominated the league in the 80's and most of the 90's. I think the salary cap and free agency has shifted things around. Hopefully with the NFC East returning to one of the most feared divisions in the league, the NFC will regain its toughness.
