A pit bull that is raised correctly and has an owner that knows what they're doing - there should be no problems.

Let's not get too sidetracked, we're talking about some wacko who killed a dog because the dog acted like... a dog.

All breeds of dogs attack/bite at times but its the Pits power that the problem. When they attack they do allot of damage and they also seem to loose all control once they do attack. Its not attack on the dog its just their nature and why I would never have one in may home.

Go resurrect this (http://www.thewarpath.net/parking-lot/35453-ax-men-stars-daughter-mauled-death.html) thread if you want to rehash this garbage.

I'm not making any thread rules, I don't have any APBTs, and beyond the "oh my God, a pitbull attacked someone!" shock factor, your link is meaningless.

Well.....I had a Pit (Great Dog) and I now have a Dobie...Great dog as well.
I must admit the Pit had incredible jaw power even when playing. You had to be careful with her as she did not know her own strength. Like a mini T-Rex
