He has a chance to succeed in this system. Things went downhill after that game though. I forgot Carlos Rogers actually caught a ball that game too! They have no leverage whatsoever to trade McNabb during three draft or afterwards. It's frustrating that the decision to trade for McNabb wasn't backed by a long-term plan and considered the possiblity of a lockout. Will they have to cut their losses yet again? Will they be stuck with him making a paycheck after receiving a roster bonus while sitting on the bench à là Haynesworth?
