Moving the kickoff basically eliminates the return game, one of the most exciting elements of the game. While it will reduce the number of injuries, moving touchbacks up 5 yards isn't going to compensate for the loss of game changing plays.
The more player safety related change is all players on the kickoff team must be within 5 yards of the ball so they aren't getting a 10-15 yard running start before the ball is kicked.
That's a good idea.

No shit, BUT now we have one of the most exciting returners and we may not be able to use him? FML even when things go right for this team they turn out bad

I don't like the 25 yard line on touchbacks. Defenses are already under a lot of pressure and this will only make it worse.

Horrible moves with kicking off from the 35 and moving a touchback to the 25.
