GMScud 08-08-2011, 03:28 PM Heyer knows all there is about QB growth - He is constantly watching them being planted by guys he's supposed to block. <rimshot> For the win! LOL SFREDSKIN 08-08-2011, 03:33 PM Al Davis has 3 ex-redskins, 4 ex-Terps. Niners, 2 ex-Terps, 1 ex-skin. Who's next? Friedgen? NC_Skins 08-08-2011, 03:49 PM Heyer knows all there is about QB growth - He is constantly watching them being planted by guys he's supposed to block. <rimshot> 10/10 :laughing2 sugeknight245 08-08-2011, 03:56 PM For the last decade, it's been so easy for people to say the same ol' things about the Redskins/Dan Snyder. People have gotten accustomed to not expecting anything but failure from this franchise, so they act accordingly. Show the least bit of optimism and you're labeled delusional. Certainly, they have a little point being that the franchise has shown little or no progress, but eventually it's going to get it right. I think this is the best thing Snyder has done for the team since he's being the owner. I think it's shown in the front office, and it's just a matter of time until it starts translating on the field. For the most part I agree with what you're saying...in my opinion the Redskins organization as a whole is similar to the boy who cried wolf...every year there is optimism that the organization has made a turn for the better and every year the fans are disappointed...this year the fans do not see any hope because the organization has not made an effort to address some of the most important needs to for the team, so most fans are just taking a back seat hoping that they are wrong and that progress will be made... SkinzWin 08-08-2011, 04:02 PM Heyer knows all there is about QB growth - He is constantly watching them being planted by guys he's supposed to block. <rimshot> THE single funniest thing I have ever read on here! So if we are cutting all these ILB, who is supposed to be playing the position. Looks like Fletch and maybe Lorenzo?!?!? Edit: Oh, I forgot about Riley. I don't think Rocky will start. Do you? I'd guess Fletch and Riley Dirtbag59 08-08-2011, 04:25 PM Lol @Ruhskins. Thanks but I already promised not to post that video again until the season starts. I also promised not to mention another player that will be a rookie this year until week 1 of the season :D You're way over your max allowable for that Vader video. As I said before, the only person who promised to stop using that video for a set amount of time was me. Everyone else is free to use the Vader video as much as they want. Armstrong is only playing when the Redskins go with three receivers. Moss moves into the slot in those formations, with Armstrong and Gaffney out wide. Some early drops haven't helped Armstrong, and OC Kyle Shanahan made it clear at the start of camp that he'd have to compete to keep his starting job. For now, the reliable veterans Moss and Gaffney are ahead of him. That Guy 08-08-2011, 11:47 PM Practice report: Redskins analysis, Aug. 8 | John Keim | NFL | Washington Examiner (http://washingtonexaminer.com/blogs/nfl/2011/08/practice-report-redskins-analysis-aug-8) these keim things are pretty nice. LandrySlice 08-09-2011, 12:38 AM I guess Kerrigan is gonna take some time, never thought of him as a pro bowler type, but he should be a good player for a long time, wish he had kept #53!!! |
