Can't say I've ever had an issue with sleeping. I can pretty much sleep anywhere and sleep through anything. I get a solid 7-8 hours a night.

Maybe you boys aren't drinking enough?

Oh I know, I hear that all the time from my friends. They're so jealous. My time is coming, perhaps.

Funny thing is I will say something like that or wish I had the extra sleep but whenever my kids go to the grandparents for the night I am like bored out of my mind and wishing them back.

I've had some sleeping issues in the past, but working out/running helps quite a bit.

Agreed. After a run I always sleep like a log that night.

Avoiding caffeine later in the day helps too. I like to have a cup of coffee after dinner, now I go with decaf.

I'll drink to that.

Tried a glass of wine. Same results. Drinking enough to knock me unconscience for the entire night pretty much involves a bottle of Jack Daniels/Jim Bean and leaves me at less than peak performance the following day.

Marijuana fights insomnia. Valerian can help you you want to take a legal herb.
