As I type this from my iPhone
I just posted the exact same thing on FB lol. #influence.
R.I.P. Steve Jobs. It's hard to walk a block nowadays without seeing at least one product he's been a major influence on.
Cancer is a bitch. If it got Steve Jobs who had all the mf'ing money in the world, you know its an equalizer.
He lived 8 years with a cancer that was supposed to kill him in months. His money had to have been a factor in that.
But yeah, F cancer. 56 is way too young. Who knows what else he could have accomplished if he had another 20 years. Shame.

The lady that works for me was just telling me she interviewed with Steve Jobs back like 38 or so yrs ago. She said they interviewed her at a card table and they said she would be paid by the hour and with a stock bonus. She also said his partner was there but she cannot remember his name.

Talk about a missed opportunity.

He received a liver transplant after it was known he had terminal cancer. Besides money, what else is there that made him qualify for that procedure?

Really, she was telling me she interviewed with them in his garage and that she decided not to take the job because she did not think they would be in business very long. She did not even know what a computer was when she interviewed for them in 1976.

Micheal Oher just a really bright guy and he complained they made him look simple in Blindside.
Michael Oher Would Appreciate It If You'd Tell Him Who This Steve Jobs Guy Was (http://deadspin.com/5847164/michael-oher-would-appreciate-it-if-youd-tell-him-who-this-steve-jobs-guy-was)
Talk about clueless jeez, hopefully he was just kidding... as he posts from his iPhone

RIP. Definitely too young to go but when it's your time it's your time. He had a nice run and it was a miracle he survived pancreatic cancer for 7 years. Most people don't last more than a few months.
As far as his accomplishments in the context of hardware/software innovations he will only be remembered by Apple fans and investors. If for nothing else history will remember him for giving us Pixar and being a great business man.

The Thomas Edison of our generation. RIP
Really? What a ludicrous statement.
