Our 2009 roster included 11 former 1st round picks...oh well
Jason Campbell
Santana Moss
Mike Williams
Andre Carter
Renaldo Wynn
Brian Orakpo
Carlos Rogers
DeAngelo Hall
Laron Landry
Chris Samuels
Robert Thomas
In the beginning of the season (pre-carson trade) the bengals have 12 this year. And they didn't even re-sign 2 of their best own picks in Jonathan Joseph and Justin Smith.
I also think there was a redskins team with 13 in the Joe Gibbs era? The team with mike rumph maybe?

Haha after I saw that I couldn't even concentrate on the rest of what he said. This feels like that post I made on picking college captains last year.....just not as much fun to post a bunch of pictures of Trash as it was of Captains I guess.

The Skins picked up Kentwan Balmer, we'll have to keep an eye on him.
Stallworth, Grossman, D. Hall, Carriker, S. Moss, Phillip Buchannon were all other teams 1st rounders too.

The Redskins should have kept Stephen Heyer. The Redskins could use him on the offensive line right now. He's better than Locklear.

I guess it only works when they are the fillers, not the main guys.
But also I forgot to mention the 49ers I know have a few guys in Ginn, Rogers, and Whitner. All top 10.
Hell the pats have been doing this for years, and still are in ochocinco (technically a 2nd), haynesworth, carter, ellis, bodden, waters (last two weren't 1st rounders but was former good player turned to trash by their respective teams).

Most of the players listed play supporting roles instead of being THE KEY to their teams' success.
