Why is Aaron Rodgers talking about our team?

He's that good. Time to lead the Packers to a 9-0 record and analyze our team. Dude's a stud

As for Carlos Rogers his comments are comical. Every team makes decisions to keep some players and get rid of others.

Or maybe Carlos forgot that he's only in San Francisco because the Niners decided to let Nate Clements go

Gotta agree with Carlos...this place was run into the ground by a couple sh*theads who obviously didnt know sh*t about football ake Danny Boy and Vinny. They made poor personel moves and coaching moves which contributed to an environment of choas. Alotta players here didnt deserve the paychecks they got. Shoulda never let him go, know he's a damn probowler and we are stuck with D Hall and Wilson, both inferior. We deserve the hate sometimes.

If he were so jealous of the other guys getting paid, why was that kick in the 'nads NOT enough to motivate him to do whatever it takes to improve his hands and coverage so that he surpassed those guys? Why did he not bust out with a couple AH-like years in which he looked like a Revis on steroids?

And him afraid of being sat down? Coaches wouldn't sit him for Buchanon or Barnes at all unless he was doing something very, very wrong.

All Rogers had to do was to hold on to those picks, esp those that hit him in the hands. I think it was two years ago when he could have won a game against the Colts by himself if he holds on to the damn ball.

And he's there on a one year deal no less... shouldn't he be pissed at them for not showing him the love coming through the door?

Should be interesting to see come new contract time what the 49ers think his value is vs. what he thinks.

I thought the same thing. I was like, what the hell would Aaron Rodgers know about the Redskins?

Also, on a side note, I really wish CR had gotten his eyes checked here. I liked him except for the fact that he couldn't catch, and it annoys the hell out of me that as soon as he leaves Washington, he gets his eyes checked and is now playing at a great level. What, you couldn't swallow your f'n pride and get your eyes checked here? Screw him.

Even Devin Thomas got his eyes checked while here. Sad.

With your logic and some others ive read on the thread one question:

Explain D Hall's contract done by our FO please?

Los was solid. I dont get why there is sudden hate for the man.

alot of us thought he was the better CB over hall or that they atleast complimented each other.

The skins FO didnt make re-signing him a priority.

prior to 2009 Los was entering the last year of his contract, he wanted us to resign him. Instead we choose to ignore him, let him play with no guarantee or future security (if he got a career ending injury he was done) and overpay hall for 8 games of production with us.

Then 2010 was that odd non-collective bargaining agreement season where he should have been a FA but he wasnt eligible b/c of the rule. We choose to again not resign him and make him play with no guarantee or future security. At that point it was obvious to everyone he felt slighted by the skins who didnt make him a remote priority. so he played cautiously in 2010, not wanting to risk injury for a skins franchise who didnt value him and overvalued d hall.

the skins FO yet again failed to recognize and keep their own developed talent and instead choose to overpay for outside flashy "talent" . .

Carlos Rogers had ever right imo to say eff the skins entering the 2010 season. I think shanny and allen would have wanted to keep los over hall but thanks to vinny, we were hog tied to hall and all that coin tied up in the CB position . . for one below average player . .who had been outright released by the raiders . .

the skins messed up yet again. when are they going to properly value their own young talent and not overvalue overhyped FAs? i really hope the current regimes decision on los was b/c of vinnys contract to hall.

D Hall's contract was ****ing stupid. Same reasons. His past performance was not enough to justify it. But Vinny is like Jerruh: letting someone walk to another team is a crime, even if he's not that good. He probably didn't even bother to bring up DHall's awful half of a season in Oakland in the negotiations.

D.C. Sports Bog - Carlos Rogers got his eyes checked? (http://voices.washingtonpost.com/dcsportsbog/2010/10/carlos_rogers_got_his_eyes_che.html)

"I made a comment a few weeks ago about you might need to get your eyes checked, and people think I was joking," Mitchell told Rogers during Comcast SportsNet's post-game show. "I said that because there was a guy when I played football in college, he never caught the ball, but when he got his eyes checked he begin to catch everything....Do you ever think about something like that?"

"Oh, I have," Rogers said. "There's no problem with those."

Like I said, he claimed his eye sight was fine.
