The only record I'd hate worse is 0-16. 7-9 means we sucked bad enough to have no chance at playoffs AND also end up picking around 14-15. Just my opinion... it means nothing... but I HATE 7-9. I could see this scenario, but it probably will be like the time when Shanny drafted Cutler and started him after several games. I would not oppose this move at all.
