Happy Holidays Warpath

I'm off from work three out of the next four days (have some housekeeping stuff to do tomorrow AM, that's about it), today is my wife's bday, and I'll be doing plenty of holiday cheer with the fam tomorrow night and all day Sunday. Feeling very blessed and very happy today.

Merry Christmas to all the Warpathers out there. I hope everyone has a great weekend.

Don't let all the last minute rushing, the Grinches and the consumerism beat down your warm fuzzies. Enjoy the time set aside to remind us that real, sacrificial giving is a good thing.

As always, please take time to remember those less fortunate than yourselves and, maybe, find some way to give to those who have no one with whom to share this time.

There's a homeless guy I know who's a Vietnam Vet and on kidney dialysis I see him probably 3-4 days a week when I'm doing banking for the business. He's always hanging out in that strip plaza. Such a nice old guy. I always give him a dollar when I see him. He wasn't there today. I was really hoping he was. I sincerely hope he has a warm place to sleep and a warm meal tonight.
