2012 Bowl Prospects and Declared UnderclassmenLotus 01-07-2012, 08:13 PM League office decides, but it's essentially reverse order of record or as close to it as possible. So he should be coaching Tannehill, Foles, and Weeden Sweeeet! CultBrennan59 01-07-2012, 08:38 PM He should totally sabotage Tannehill so no one wants him and we can steal him in the 2nd :) It was in last year's Senior Bowl that the Bengals fell in love with Dalton And, interestingly enough, the Redskins drafted more players from last year's Senior Bowl (6) than anyone else Watch, we'll coach it and draft the fewest this year of any other team haha redsk1 01-07-2012, 09:00 PM Who has caught your eyes at this years bowl games? Who has declared? Put them here since we are overlapping threads with Andrew Luck and RG3. I haven't watched more than a few games, but here are a few: Blackmon L. James Tannehill Russell Wilson Jayron Hosely I'm sure there's some I've forgotten. CultBrennan59 01-07-2012, 09:08 PM I haven't watched more than a few games, but here are a few: Blackmon L. James Tannehill Russell Wilson Jayron Hosely I'm sure there's some I've forgotten. Common names. Jayron I was obsessed with and wanted, until a lot of scouts started comparing him to ..Dhall :( Blackmon and LaMichael would look great in skin uni's. SkinItup 01-08-2012, 03:00 AM Watch, we'll coach it and draft the fewest this year of any other team haha Its not quantity; its quality. Shanny had a good draft last year and with a closer look hopefully he can have a better one this year. KI Skins Fan 01-08-2012, 11:36 AM Haven't seen many Bowl games this year but a few players caught my eye. I'll refrain from comment on the usual suspects for the most part but I'll mention a couple of them. For Oregon, most of the players who caught my eye were underclassmen (Boyett, Alonzo, Tuinei). Watch out for them next season! LeMichael James may be the most explosive player in college ball. I'd love to see him as our 3rd Down Back. Their TE Paulson was way downfield blocking on plays and he can catch, too. I like him a lot. Wisconsin: The only thing Russell Wilson lacks is height. He is one heck of a player! I really liked OT Ricky Wagner. He's big, tough, skilled, and he runs well. Nick Toon is a big receiver who catches everything. He uses his size well to beat DB's. Toon may be underrated IMO because Wisconsin doesn't throw the ball very much. Montee Ball is terrific but he said that he's not coming out. Michigan State: I liked what I saw in Cousins. He showed me that he's at his best in the clutch. I like that a lot. I'd bet that he makes it in the pros. Jerel Worthy looks like a pro DT to me. South Carolina: I love Stephon Gilmore as a player. He's another player I'd like to see in B&G. Oklahoma State: Give me Markelle Martin! He is a free safety with good size and speed. He covers a lot of ground, fast. But here's what I like about him the most: he hits people! Could we please have a FS who wants to hit somebody? He could wear the B&G, too, as far as I'm concerned. CB Justin Gilbert looked like has talent, as well. Georgia: Brandon Boykin is one heck of a player. He plays CB/RB/PR/KR for the Bulldogs. All-Purpose should be his middle name. Yes, I agree with these three guys, but especially Markell Martin, guy is the best FS in this years darft and is very physical like a SS. He reminds me of a young Donovan Darius/Deon Grant type of FS. With OJ being bad, and DeJon being a work in progress, and Landry uncertain of his return next year, we need a guy like this. SFREDSKIN 01-08-2012, 01:45 PM David DeCastro, Jonathan Martin, Terrance Ganaway. They looked like an NFL defense going against a college offense.
