It sound's like we are defiently targeting a big time reciever in the draft seem's to be our top priority, Gibb's believes Jacob;s and Thrash are defiently reciever's we can build around, sound's like he's not to enthused about McCant's, Gardner is as good as gone he asked for a trade and Gibb's said he agreed, but also said basically we are not giving him away he want's good value in return [obviously] Lavar's knee is still an issue, basically had to defend himself early on about retirement because some reporters have to drum up controversy.

Gardner is likely on his way out, Jacobs and Thrash are keepers, McCants is also probably gone unless Gibbs has a sudden change of heart, and they'll look to free agency and then the draft to fill the holes.
