Pretty awesome, the Gorillaz have used something similar for a while, this was the first time I remember the tech being used for someone who was "deceased"(enter conspiracy theory here). I thought it was amazing and would have completely lost my shit if they'd gone all out and had a 2Pac/Biggie duet. I'd pay money to see Michael Jackson's "This is It" tour finally realized using this tech.

This weekend on the 16th (6+1=7) it will be Tupac’s bday. It will be 16 (6+1=7) years since his "death". 16+16=32, no big deal right? Wrong! Tupac will be 41 (or Four, One) this weekend. If you divide the 32 by the Four you get 8. If you subtract One from 8 you get 7.

Whoever made this obviously doesn't know the definition of fact. You cannot, by definition, have a suspicious fact. All those things are mere coincidence or opinions. So, yes, everything does sound a bit ridiculous.
