In the immortal words of Duffman: OH YEAH! 30gut 08-09-2012, 09:06 AM And I think Bernstine is doing a nice job. He’s really athletic, and I think he’s going to be a good player. So, you’ve got six players vying for however many spots, and the practice squad. It’s a good situation to be in.” Redskins safeties: Competition is wide open - The Insider - The Washington Post (http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/football-insider/post/redskins-safeties-competition-is-wide-open/1970/01/01/gJQA2rNOgX_blog.html) NC_Skins 08-09-2012, 09:14 AM Landry would be on the PUP list, just like he is right now in the Jets PUP list. People still defending Landry is mind boggling to see. RGIII 08-12-2012, 11:59 AM How many safeties will the team keep? Bernstein looks to make the final roster. Who could be the odd man out? Doughty? Madieu? Gomes? artmonkforhallofamein07 08-12-2012, 12:19 PM Jackson, Bernstein, Gomes, and Merriweather if the rookie makes it. GusFrerotte 08-12-2012, 12:38 PM O line is more of a concern with all of the injuries. GusFrerotte 08-12-2012, 07:54 PM Outside of Hall, the pastfew seasons we have had a vanilla defensive backfield and we seem to alway be OK. The off line already being banged up has to be the bigger concern. Haslett and co will have a nice secondary in place come week 1. |
