Mamma Lombardi's - Long Island Italian Restaurant (http://www.mammalombardis.com/MammaLombardis/index.cfm) Rosa's Place in Shillington (Reading, PA area) has the BEST pizza I've ever had. They call it "Grandma Pizza". It's like a square Sicilian pizza but has tomato slices under fresh mozzeralla and fresh basil leaves on it. AMAZING. I just tried to duplicate it at home and it was the best pizza I've ever made, almost nailed it but theirs was insane. We stopped there last year when picking up a car we bought out there.
