Tyler Polumbus is legit...I really enjoyed seeing him mug Tuck all night. I think it's fair to say we have seen the last of Jammal in Redskins uniform.

Robinson gets props for burning and that dance in Dallas...stylin'on'em. Keep on vroom vrooming.

Moss, unsung hero...7 TDs and counting.

Forbath for sticking it between the polls all day every day. It's nice to have someone that can execute a FINISH HIM! move.

Gotta go for Young here. He's doing it all. Great blocking, nice hands, short yardage.

Cant believe nobody has mentioned Darrell Young. Dude has been clutch when he gets the ball and a true unsung hero doing all the dirty work for Almo.
.....and someone even called my man "soft" - forget who but you can find it on pages 199 and 213 I think of the Skins vs Bucs gameday thread.
Edit : Well nobody mentioned him between me typing and hitting save. Lol.

Mine goes to Garcon. 5-1 when he's played. Plus that guy is so fast. Geez. Every week I'm awed.

He's been an absolute stud these last 2 weeks. The foot must be feeling better. This offense could be downright scary with him and Davis back to 100% next year.

Cedric Griffin- Has been our most consistent CB all season.

Will Montgomery- Anchoring that middle with relative ease this season.

Darrel Young- Obviously

Stephen Bowen and Barry Cofield- Playing way better than last season.

Hail to the Redskins

Props:

* The Shanahans have, at this point, earned their rep as offensive masterminds. They created an "RG3 offense" that is not only perfectly tailored to help him as a rookie with limited decisions to make passing-wise, but one that keeps the defensive ends and middle linebackers baffled all game.

* Completely agree on Paulsen... he has played FAR better than expected.

* Riley too... It's good to know we have someone to step in for Fletch at some point and be decent.

* Trent Williams for apparently growing up a little and becoming our new Chris Samuels.

No Props:
It's funny you mention Polumbus because he is the one guy who I am shocked has an NFL job. If you truly watch him throughout the game, he completely whiffs on blocks and gets tossed around regularly.

Now, the Shanahans have been MASTERFUL at putting makeup on this in the form of the new pistol/east coast offense which is incredible at keeping the D-Ends from pinning their ears back, moving the pocket around on them, and wearing them out on stretch runs all game.

However, watch the next time we have to do "normal" passing plays if we are playing catch-up (5-7 step drop passing game)... Polumbus is a turn-style.

But hey... seriously I am not trying to hate... he is just the one guy that when I actually isolate and watch him, I want to throw my TV against the wall.

Moss - He's taken an unjustifiably reduced role in stride and still proved to be the best pure receiver on the roster. Anyone else notice we don't score as many points in the games Moss isn't given at least a handful of opportunities.

Young - No frills, just great blocking and an awesome outlet for quick dives, misdirection or dump passes.

Trent - Mostly for playing through what sounds like an extremely painful injury

Fletcher - He's probably in more pain than anyone on the field, and still nearly elite.

Riley - Emerging as a top ILB

Bowen - IMO he's the only guy on the active roster who has any business starting as a 3-4 defensive lineman

Kai, PG and Trent.

I had my doubts on PG but he is one hell of a player. He plays with heart and just exudes effort on every play. The team is truly different with him on the field.

Trent has stepped his game up to "top tier" level. Every year since TW came into the league we kept hearing what he could develop into. In the NFL the "could be potential" rarely develops but I'm proud to say TW seems to have realized his potential and has a football mind now. It's not about what he can do outside of football but he considers himself a leader and doesn't let other players push any of his teammates around. He is the first to step in and let other teams know that BS isn't going to fly when he is around. Teammates respect that! I am really proud that he beat the odds and is establishing a new punishing attitude on the line.

Kai what else to say. The dude makes kicks and if he was here all year we could easily be 9-3 right now.

Garcon. So happy to have him back. Imagine if we had him and Gaffney line up together.

Trent- playing like an All Pro LT..Surprised me since coming out of college he was considered lazy at times....you know what...
...The Whole OLine has been playing great IMO.

Polumbus is the worst one on the line, and we need to upgrade that position come the offseason, but the fact of the matter is, we can win with this guy at RT if need be, because RG3 makes the line this much better.
