Amazing season it's been

Redskins have set new records in 14-of-15 contests! Its almost surreal. We are witnessing the rebirth of the Redskins. What's amazing is those of us that seen the Skins of the 80s, seen what seemed to be a once in a lifetime team. We may be witnessing something even greater about to take place! A second chance to see history being made and a first for some to understand what it felt like to be a Skins fan way back then... HTTR!!!

Yeah, I agree. The last three Redskins playoff teams (1999, 2005, 2007) were very good teams but this current 2012 Redskins team is electric. They may end up going further than anyone could ever image....note- the Super Bowl is in New Orleans, Louisiana at the Super Dome which is RG3's hometown. If the 2012 Washington Redskins advance there and RG3 and the Redskins win Super Bowl 47 right in RG3's backyard that would be ultra special.....

You know not to long ago this season I would have called you crazy for putting Redskins and Super Bowl together in same sentence for this season but, its not so crazy to think it could happen anymore...

They are not the most complete team out there but they have just enough special pieces gelling to pull off a win against any team.

Leaving everything else unsaid, Im very excited to see what Morris will do against the Dallas D.

Recent Concussion... Sprained LCL... Rookie... No Problem... RG3 is Unprecedented!
Hobbling RG3 still provides guiding light for Redskins - Washington Times (http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2012/dec/31/hobbling-rg3-provides-guiding-light-redskins-nfc/)

“The most impressive thing … is he is a winner,” tight end Chris Cooley said. “Robert believes in every bit of his heart that he can do everything to win a football game. In my opinion, his presence has changed the aura of this team and the way we believe and that we play.”

“Since I played here,” Cooley said, “I haven’t been part of a culture that thought they’re going to win a football game every single week.”

RG3 offers words of comfort for Tony Romo | Shutdown Corner - Yahoo! Sports (http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-shutdown-corner/rg3-offers-words-comfort-tony-romo-221114227--nfl.html) As if we needed any more reason to sanctify Robert Griffin III: turns out that he's a classy guy in victory, too.

In the immediate aftermath of Sunday night's win-or-go-home season finale between the Redskins and the Cowboys, the victorious Griffin sought out vanquished Cowboys QB Tony Romo and offered up advice worthy of a veteran. Here, per our new pals at Pro Football Talk, is a transcript:
“Hey Tony. I just wanted to say to you, don’t listen to what anybody else is saying about you. You’re a great quarterback, man. And this game doesn’t mean anything.”
The comments will be part of Wednesday night's "Inside the NFL" on Showtime.
