If you want to get a good amount of vitamins and minerals just start juicing (http://www.pbs.org/wnet/need-to-know/health/juicing/).

This. I got a nice masticating juicer for around $300. Omega... it was expensive, but it's easy to clean and motivates me to keep juicing.

You would never think that kale, celery, beet juice, spinach, with green peppers would be good... but throw in some ginger to spice it up. Money.

Helps everything, and gives your digestive system a break. All that stuff acts as in anti-inflammatory so you overall feel much better.

I have actually been looking into juicing and have been trying to get my wife on board with it as well. That sounds like a nice recipe there Rob. I might try that out and see how it goes!

Heck, I think I'd probably get, pretty much, everything I'd need from a simple Flintstones vitamin, lol! And they're chewy and tasty at that, lol!

Seriously, juicing is incredible. Even when the clean-up is a pain (comparative to throwing pills down your throat) in the ass you'll feel the benefits very quickly.

Shop at your local Farmers' Market or buy organic at Whole Foods, etc.

The only negative I would see would be the cost per month. It can get kind of expensive juicing, especially if you're going organic.

Yes, that's true but it's incredible the difference you'll see.

Can't put a price on good health.
