Pages : 1 2 3 [4] RedskinPete 03-10-2005, 04:38 AM Ok a year ago everbody was saying the sky was falling after the Bailey trade! That Bailey was the best and the Skins D would never be the same. What happen? With out Bailey the D was not only better but one of the best in the league! Now Williams has alot to do with that but if you had said the D was going to be that good and do it with out Bailey,Arrington and Barrow you would never believe it! So to say the loss of Smoot and Pierce makes D better or weaker at this point is just a guess at best! Barrow could be the player he has been and who knows what will happen in the draft for the CB spot! As for Smoot he was a good CB not a great CB! Springs had a better year!
