cameras can also use compact flash which goes up to 8gb last i checked (and its the cheapest format by 25%)

you can get either the mmc or sd from www.newegg.com (http://www.newegg.com) pretty cheaply... says your camera has 8mb of storage... shipping is generally 5$
128mb SD -13$
256mb SD - 25$
512mb SD - 42$
1gb SD - 70-80$
prices for mmc are almost identical (and they do go up to 1gb as well), but SD is a more accepted format.
128mb will hold 16x more pics then your internal memory, 256mb 32x etc...
