On pace for about 1350 yards and 4 tds. Bare minimum expectation considering his contract IMO. And he has lots of 40/50/60 yard games so yeah he needs to have several big ones to get up there.

Also 108 catches, again a team record.

Can't fault him when the offense calls for him to catch a lot of screens and shorter routes. Last week they opened things up a bit more for him and you have to admit a few of those catches were amazing efforts on his part.

Only 108? We both know he needs to have 231 catches by week 12 to justify any money we give him. Jabar Gaffney clearly would have broken Herman Moore and Calvin Johnson's record by now.

So needs to have 6-7 career games per season?

Totally reasonable.

As it is he's already on pace to break the team record for catches in a season.

W/e, still not a #1.

Can we never be satisfied with players who perform? Pierre is playing great football right now, and if we can get another Pierre on the other side of the field we would be in really great shape.

108 catches is productive, and we are labeled a running offense. We don't win that game Sunday if it wasn't for Pierre.

Also, Alfred has 686 yards this season 25 yards behind Peterson with 20 less carries. We are a running team so to have a WR produce like Pierre is not unreasonable for his contract. I'm going out on a limb and saying Morris will be leading the NFL in rushing after this week.

My biggest issue right now is Morgans contract. It seems like they put him back on kickoffs and punts to justify why he's making so much because Hankerson has taken his spot on the depth chart.

Moss, Morgan and Robinson are done, they are gone after this season. But lets crush are #1 guy who brings it every week. It makes no sense. Hank is our possision guy, but we gotta add 3 receivers this offseason. Major need imo.

I really don't think Hank is a possession WR. I think he's better off as a #3 or #4. He produces but has no killer instinct. He never attacks the ball and always catches with his body. Has a larger catch radius than Jordan Reed, but plays smaller. We really need a guy like Alshon Jeffrey with a big body and uses it well.

Of course, a lot of teams just make the TE their possession WR and I think Jordan Reed could fill that role if we wanted to add more speed at the WR position.

Indeed, and why he gets game ball IMO. You could also argue he'd be on track for more like 1500 yards, 8 TD and 120 catches if RG had been in top form from beginning of the season. On the other hand Peter Boy has dropped some catchable balls too, so his stats are probably about where he'd end up.

It'll be his first season breaking 1000 yards and earning his contract, that's all I'm saying.

yeah agree Id like to see more speed on the other side of Garcon and in the slot as well. We really need a slot guy.
