Personnel wise we just do not have the talent. So jury is still out on Gruden imo. He definitely has shied away from the run alot? Maybe he will realize that if you pound Almo behind our line that is built to run block that we have a better chance of winning! What's the word around town on his future in dc KC looked fantastic for most of the Jags game(after Griff got hurt), and really great against the Eagles. At that point I think alot of people were wondering what we could get in a trade for Griff. Than Captain Kirk shit the bed against the Giants and everybody was wondering when Griff would be back.
