Nice to see us run our operation like a real NFL team that has a plan to rebuild.

If they get rid of Forbath, I would like the Skins to look at Giorgio Tavecchio (just signed with Raiders) or Janikowski if the Raiders cut him (Tavecchio could unseat him).

According to the article his short leg is costing us more points than his accuracy is gaining us.

I wish we wouldn't go after old ass players. I'd be afraid of him pulling a Sav Rocca; be great for the next 3 or 4 years and then fall off and be terrible. I know kickers have a high shelf life, but Janikowski is already 37 years old. We can't do like we did Tress Way? Find a young guy with potential that's been cast off by another team?

Forbath made 88% of his FGs last year. He's still a young kicker who can improve to be much better. Where his shortcomings are is on kickoffs. Fortunately he did improve a little in this area as well. But leaves much to be desired. I would rather see Tress Way handle kickoffs anyhow.
