New member here. Redskins fan living in Western New York. Just like everyone here, the Redskins is a passion of mine.

With that being said, these our some dark times. The effort is just not there and the sad part is that I believe we’re at least another season from seeing any real changes because I think that this staff will unfortunately be back.

We could have Belichick and Brady in their prime here, and Snyder & Allen would still find a way to screw it up.

Kirk has no help but I have always felt that he won't be back because he doesn't want too. Same as the skins, they don't want him. Jay may get fired too, it's one thing to lose but that last 2 weeks they have quit

You are definitely on to something, this back to back games of lackluster effort, and it all stems from the top and poor across the board leadership. We have if not the, one of the worst ownership/General Manager combinations in Snyder/Allen. Unfortunately the owner isn't going any place, he has done a helluva job ruining this franchise though. At this stage the best thing Snyder could do is fire everyone. Gruden is a boob.
