Scot McCloughan joins Brownspunch it in 02-04-2018, 10:58 PM I was shitting on the Browns, not McCloughan just to be clear. Lol Buffalo Bob 02-05-2018, 12:35 AM Good lord and u think he had a drinking problem before? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk Ha,ha, working for the Browns would turn the Pope into an alcoholic. KI Skins Fan 02-05-2018, 08:33 AM Regardless of what transpired here, i do not think that McCloughan was drinking on the job as was suggested by the Redskins. Yeah, right. You must be the guy who actually bought the Brooklyn Bridge. He gets fired three times for drinking on the job, never goes to rehab, and somehow you think he wasn't drinking on the job in Washington? MTK 02-05-2018, 08:38 AM Yeah, right. You must be the guy who actually bought the Brooklyn Bridge. He gets fired three times for drinking on the job, never goes to rehab, and somehow you think he wasn't drinking on the job in Washington? It’s awfully hard to imagine that he wasn’t. Especially in a culture like the NFL that doesn’t do much to discourage that type of stuff... wasn’t long ago that Portis talked about doing shots before games. metalskins 02-05-2018, 09:07 AM Wow, great move by the Browns! Scot McCloughan is going to have a field day with all of those picks. I wouldn't doubt if Cousins to Cleveland becomes more of a reality now. skinsfaninok 02-05-2018, 09:07 AM Wow, great move by the Browns! Sorry but it's the browns, until they win a game or 2 I won't think much of this metalskins 02-05-2018, 09:12 AM Sorry but it's the browns, until they win a game or 2 I won't think much of this There was a time when the sentiment was, "It's the New England Patriots, until they win more than 2 games, I don't put much stock in them!" I have no doubt the Browns will right the ship, and getting McCloughan doesn't hurt their chances at all. He, at least, instantly gives that FO some credibility, just like he did in Washington until Bruce Allen screwed it all up. We still relied on McCloughan's draft board last year, and players really like him. He's going to make the Browns a better team. Time will tell if he's able to turn the Browns completely around, but I have no doubt he improves that club instantly. SFREDSKIN 02-05-2018, 09:15 AM He will turn the browns around, they do have talent, draft picks and money, people will realize what a loss he was. The turn around will be quick and look for him to sign some of our FA’s. skinsfaninok 02-05-2018, 09:24 AM There was a time when the sentiment was, "It's the New England Patriots, until they win more than 2 games, I don't put much stock in them!" The pats went to a SB in the 80s and 90's before Belichick, that isn't a good comparison, Saints yes but not Pats. Maybe he will help them get better but how can you guys be ALL IN for the browns now but say we will never win again? MTK 02-05-2018, 10:44 AM Sounds like McC is just coming in as a consultant for the draft so we might want to pump the brakes on this talk of him turning them around |
