It's the right value, I don't know if they would take it. I imagine the first pick of the 2nd round has a bit of exaggerated value as teams reshuffle their boards.
edit: actually that value is for their second pick, the one after the Giants...
If I were Bruce Allen, I would definitely pay the price to move up for the first pick of the round if I believed that Guice is a special player who could significantly improve our running game.

I'd be happy with Harold Landry, Maurice Hurst, Josh Jackson, Ronnie Harrison, Justin Reid...but I won't hate it if they take Will Hernandez if he's available, or a top 5-6 RB in Guice, Chubb, or Jones, but I think they can find a good RB tomorrow too.
