I don't smoke anything but have nothing against it, if alcohol is legal pot should be. I have known plenty of pot smokers and none of them ever overindulged and caused problems, yet I have seen many an episode of "Drunk and Stupid" in my lifetime.

Just go to an NFL game.

He lives in Norcal, is a skins fan and living here (like myself) have seen every Alex Smith 49er game.

I love in Woodside (next to Palo Alto). And you know who is in the middle of building a house here? Alex Smith. I actually ran into him at the Roberts Market here in Woodside maybe 18 months ago. He couldn't have been nicer -- he clearly knew the folks that worked there, and took the time for pictures, and to chat. Total class act. I was actually behind him in line, and he was profusely apologetic for holding me up.

I do hope we see Alex Unchained one of these days. Seeing some of his games for the Chiefs, in particular, I do not doubt his arm strength or accuracy on the deep ball. But he had a real rapport with those receivers.

It's been hard to do that with the Skins -- PRich has been hurt (and is now on IR), as has Crowder (missed 5 games). And Doctson doesn't get a lot of separation, and Smith is not one to throw a lot of 50-50 balls (hence, his low INT rate). So it's a very different situation than he had in KC.

I am surprised he doesn't have a better rapport with Reed, though. Reed hasn't really taken over any games, and I expected to see that. Same could be said for Vernon Davis.

Here's to hoping he stops the Texans DBs this weekend.

Weed is for children. Grow up, losers.

As someone who has had seizures related to stress, I found certain strains to not just be enjoyable but medically beneficial too. I don't do it anymore, but that's because the county frowns on its' employees toking up.

Anyways, you realize you watch a sport where a large percentage of its' athletes enjoy smoking right? I really wish the NFL would just take a page out of the NHL/NBA playbook and make it a fine for a positive test, as it should be obvious by now smoking isn't as dangerous as popping meds daily.

That goes hand in hand with being the head chief in charge....

Just go to an NFL game.

NFL games are nothing compared to events that open the infield like the triple crown races and some Nascar events. College kids will attend them who just want to party in mass that have no interest in the actual event they are attending. Now with people filming the stupidity and putting it on You Tube the madness has reached new heights. Someone posted a video of guys running across the tops of a line of porta potties while people on the ground threw beer cans at them, I believe that was at the Preakness in Baltimore. Total stupidity, how drunk do you have to be to throw a Coors Lite that cost you $8.

I used to live by St. Pius Church and run at Edgewood Park and Canada Road, loved Woodside.
