He coaches to be liked, I’d stake my life on him just letting dudes skate by, he let an injured dude play a whole game despite being awful. This team needs a coach who will ride them hard and will craft them into the best players they can be with discipline, leadership and being a dick when it calls for it but also showing your players mad love when they crank it out and earn it.
