No disrespect to Kyle Allen but cream rises to the top I expect DH to be our starter. Please stop with all the drama.
Well let it rise ... I hope you are correct!

Skins trade for Kyle Allenrocnrik 03-24-2020, 09:19 PM No disrespect to Kyle Allen but cream rises to the top I expect DH to be our starter. Please stop with all the drama. Well let it rise ... Ruhskins 03-25-2020, 02:23 PM https://www.nbcsports.com/washington/redskins/ron-rivera-says-dwayne-haskins-redskins-qb1-so-chase-young-lock-no-2 As I've been saying, Allen was the perfect QB for this situation. A QB that can technically compete and push Haskins, but in the end he's a quality back up and can start if something terrible happens. Kudos to RR for not adding any unnecessary drama to the off season in terms of QB. And I'm glad to see that he and his staff are willing to work with Haskins, and of course Haskins is willing to work with them. The best outcome for RR and the Redskins is for Haskins to continue his improvement from last season and become the franchise QB many of us thinks he will be. Looking forward to having Chase Young on the team next month. Buffalo Bob 03-25-2020, 02:51 PM If we brought in Cam Newton there would be a very good reason to question Haskins future here. But Kyle Allen? C'mon. Why would Rivera commit to Haskins before the draft when there's still a possibility a team could trade up if they think we could be interested in Tua? I seriously believe Rivera would have brought in Newton if he thought he had anything left. The fact he didn't pretty much shows Newton isn't what he used to be and probably will end up a back up. Bishop Hammer 03-29-2020, 09:17 PM Problem is, trading up for a DE would be hard to imagine.. The Bears already regret dealing that 1 for Mack The Bears traded 2 first rounders for Mack. They fought they were one piece away from going to a Superbowl, gambled wrong and have slowly paid the price since. I don't see many teams doing the same thing after that. I don't see many teams doing the same thing after that. Teams with a starting caliber quarterback will be more willing to trade up. Teams like the Bears with a back up quarterback like Trubisky probably shouldn’t seeing as nothing is going to help if you don’t have a good QB. MTK 04-01-2020, 03:03 PM Eh, I think Haskins still wins out. Just listened to Keim’s podcast and he said Dwayne is putting in the work on and off the field, he’s been studying Panthers game film with his QB guru.
