I think it just got to the point of no return for him and the organization. Both sides could have handled things better, and both sides are now better off.I disagree. Both sides are in a worse situation then they should be and it is entirely TWs fault. The Skins of 2020 handled the situation respectfully and as best they could. Once DS cleared house TW had it in his power to acknowledge the moves and come back and work with RR in good faith. Instead we end up with a gaping hole at LT which forced us to use a draft pick on a mid level tackle and TW still doesnt get an extension and has a severely damaged reputation.
