Adams wasn't a 1st round pick but he's an all time great Packers WR already.. That 1st round stuff is overrated

Aaron Rodgers, out of his 364 touchdown passes, only one of them was caught by a player taken in the first round. That came during the 2019 season. The player who caught the ball, tight end Marcedes Lewis, wasn’t even drafted by the Packers.

I would say there are plenty of examples across the years where just about every team got QB wrong. But yes, we do seem to have a penchant for it.
