You knew the refs were going to fuck us.Ticky tac call for sure, but I still understand the call. Dotson doesn't play the ball, goes for the block, the ref isn't supposed to know the DB's assignment, by rule this is an OPI, and it did slow down the defender.
The fact we think the DB impacted was covering Dotson anyway and not Samuel doesn't change the rule.
