Containing Barkley on (their) offense and Carter on (their) defense are easily the 2 biggest priorities. We do both, I really like our odds. 1 of 2, favoring the Eagles, 0 of 2, we have no shot.I would also add make sure AJ Brown doesn't go crazy. Time for Lattimore to get redemption. He got called for multiple bs pi penalties last game. I could see KK dial up some new stuff for this one.

What a telling graphic. If this is a dream, I don't want to wake up. What a GREAT season!

What a telling graphic. If this is a dream, I don't want to wake up. What a GREAT season!Wow this is unbelievable. No doubt all his film study and preparation assists greatly here. Kid is dominating in the no huddle. Defenses don't have time to get ready. So pumped about this kid. 0 rookie qbs have ever been to a Super Bowl yet alone when one. Jayden needs to change that this year.

I'm so syked for this game. Weather looks to be manageable for mid-January Philly. Both teams won their home game in our matchups. Washington is absolutely discounted in betting odds and especially in SB futures odds.
We know Saquon will get his runs. Likely 180yds with 2 TDs. Hurts may be hurt and his passing the past few weeks has been close to abysmal. They still have a top 5 defense, and they have seen JD5 twice, how they adjust will be a huge key to the game.
As for Washington, it clearly starts with a healthy JD5. We have 4 rookies starting in the NFC Championship game: QB, LT, CB2(1?), DT. Our veteran leaders have been here before and they know it's no easy task to get back.
Jimmy The Greek used to give his checkmarks, here are mine:
Coaching - Washington
QB - Washington
RB - Philly
our OL v their DL - Philly
our DL v their OL - Tie
Off Skill Players - Tie
Def Backfield - Philly (close though)
Intangibles - Washington
This game will come down to the best prepared, and most effective, team.
I believe that will be Washington.
I like this. Good way to think about it. It's just the QB line, bolded, is such a difference and so impactful that I think you have to size it like this to really make the point. Philly has the advantage in so many spots, but not the one that matters most.

I see this one being lower scoring. Jalen Carter is going to disrupt a couple drives and cause us to punt. Hurts's knee is going to keep him from extending plays he normally would have; and Jon Allen and Marshon Lattimore rounding into form will disrupt the Eagles some.
Close in the 4th quarter is all I ask for, because JD5 will get it done.

i mean that graph just tells me the majority of the league goes no huddle about 20% of the time and Washington does it 3x as much
A 0.2 positive EPA is great for JD5 but he seems like such an outlier on that graph is because of the 60% which is really a refection of KK play calling
the title of the graph is most efficient QB in no huddle ; if the mean is the dotted red line then technically Darnold at 0.55 is the most efficient qb in no huddle this season
but is very impressive JD5 is at a positive .2 doing it 60% of the time
If Hurts is limited that could be a big problem for them especially if they fall behind early.
