Lavar with 9. I see Willimas using him to blitz a lot.
2005 Sacks Leader?celts32 06-23-2005, 02:41 PM Lavar with 9. I see Willimas using him to blitz a lot. Riggo44 06-23-2005, 02:45 PM I say Lavar will have over 10 sacks! He's going to play with a big chip on his shoulder. MTK 06-23-2005, 03:02 PM I'm going out on my optimistic limb and saying Daniels will have a big year if he can stay healthy. Somewhere around 8-10 sacks out of him would be huge for us. With the way Williams brings heat from every direction I think we'll see a pattern similar to last year where there's a bunch of sacks spread out over multiple players. sportscurmudgeon 06-23-2005, 03:06 PM Washington. 9 Sacks. If Sa'alavea (sp?) is the team leader in in sacks any time in late December, then the defense has had a BAAD year. That's not his job and QB-sacking not how he will earn his keep. backrow 06-23-2005, 03:45 PM I looked for Springs. Only found "Other". TheMalcolmConnection 06-23-2005, 03:47 PM I agree with SC. The defensive linemen should be plugging up the holes to keep blockers off our LBs. firstdown 06-23-2005, 04:01 PM Jeebus, THAT'S A LOT OF SACS!I thought the same thing. What is a good number of sacks for a team in a given year? TheMalcolmConnection 06-23-2005, 04:21 PM 52 players should have 52 sacs unless there is something wrong. ;) I guess no one noticed that normally I TRY to have perfect grammar and left out the "K" in sacks. Oh well, and honestly I don't know a normal sack amount, but I just think that mooby was a little optimistic. Ain't nothin' wrong with that, but I just don't see it happening. dirtbag2112 06-23-2005, 04:21 PM I think Griffin will lead in tackles for a loss. Gotta go with a DB on sacks...Springs. MTK 06-23-2005, 04:23 PM Above 40 sacks is generally a pretty good season |
