FedEx Field on Draft Day!

Man I would absolutely LOVE to be there...unfortunately I am a broadcaster for the radio station here at Old Dominion University and we have a baseball game that day that I will be doing...but I'll be watching on TV....make us proud you guys that are going...and even if you don't like the pick don't boo like Philly fan did McNabb a few years ago...HTTR.

It would be about a 12 hour ride for me and I dont want to for just one pick. Well if Joe Gibbs is going to be there. I better not. Have fun with out me.

Hmmmmm. I know I am new to the board but it would be fun to meet folks. As I wear a small hand-cuff on my left ring finger, my ability to attend is tied directly to the whims of she who runs my life.

Can we make sure to keep this post bumped up so that we can get updates? Well either here or in the "meet-up" forum room.

Well, so far I haven't exactly seen the outpouring of interest I first thought would be around.

I'm in California, so if I can scrape the $$$ for a flight it would be better used on a game.

I'd love to go, but we're expecting our first baby at the end of April. In fact, I'm arranging to have the Draft on TV in the delivery room while the little guy makes his entry into the world.

For whoever goes -- have fun while I help my wife bring another die-hard Skins fan into the world!


Be careful with TV in the delivery room Beem's, the doctor may be a jet's fan, and you know how dumb they are, your child's saftey comes first! LOL

Congrats, Beemnseven. My second is due in June, and you will be surprised how much you're life changes. Mostly for the better.

I'll be there Saturday April 24th. I'm not sure what time it starts though.
