Alright if everyone helps me out with 1 question, I'll be very grateful. I'll even give you a beer :food-smil , next time I see anyone at the Redskins game.

So my midterm for this stupid class is coming up with 100 questions about ....

"You are approacted to be the marketing director for a new cable TV network called "The motivation ch" The concept for this channel is to present a 24 hour per day ch featering the greatest motivational speakers of all time"

I'm supposed to come up with a bunch of questions that I'd have to ask myself before pitching the final idea. Anyone have any questions that they'd like to contribute...

and just for the record "who the f*ck would watch a stupid channel like this?" is not a correct response, but you can gaurntee that would be the first thing I asked.

Not sure I completely follow, but here's one that I know comes up quite often:

What's the demographic I'm trying to reach?

How about "what differentiates this particular snake oil salesman from the rest of the snake oil salesmen?"

"What's my motivation?"

"Who are my competitors?"

"What do I offer that they don't"

"What do they offer that I don't"

"What opportunities for expansion are there?"

"How much time and money am I willing to invest"

"How strong is my inventory"

"Who would buy advertising space on this channel"

"Why didn't the Redskins put Sean Taylor in for that two point conversion? It seemed like it could have been the right situation to just lob it to him in the back of the endzone?"

"Why do birds suddenly appear every time you are near?"

Who do I want to be on at what time slot (age of those watching)? What is the education of those you are trying to reach? Ages of those that are watching? Gender? Race? Religion?

I'll send you some more questions in a little bit. I'm actually the marketing director for a radio station so I have to come up with this crap all the time. Really it's just a handful of questions, each of which is asked 10 different ways making it seem like a whole lot of questions.

And all of them essentially rewording Gmanc's original theme:

"who the f*ck would watch a stupid channel like this?" :laughing-
