I've never heard of that being a penalty.
yeah in the USC game they did it and ever since then people have said that you can't push the pile but i know i have seen it many times before in my young football watching career and I don't think i have ever scene it been called. I have heard announcers comment on it being a smart play when a lineman nudges a runner. I don't know though

Dumb question: What does "PWNED" mean?

This was when Portis was stopped for a loss and the line and Portis rushed for basically 7 yards. Here's to another performance like that this week.
Portis wasn't hit in the backfield, he was hit maybe 2yds out, stayed on his feet and just kept churning long enough for the Oline to come over and push the pile he started. c'mon guys give credit where credit is due.

That play represents a shift in attitude for our offense. They are refusing to lose when it's close in the 4th rather than sitting on our hind legs like we did in the losing streak late in the game. I think the o-line will ride that momentum and stick it to Dallas this weekend

While I certainly hope you are right, that was the last (real) play of the game, so we won't really know until next Sunday. I hope they do realize that they have the talent to move defenses.

Dallas/Washington differences aside, there something I think all of us heterosexual males can agree on
All in favor of a Bush Push say I!!!
