Conference record - If it's b/n division teams, then it's division record, but if it's b/n 2 teams from different conferences, then they go with the team with the best record in the conference. A team that was 5-7 wouldn't get in over a team that is 8-4 in the conference regardless of head-2-head. We would go if 3 way tier between us Cowboys and Car because head to head would not apply because we did not play Car. It would then go to CONF record because teams are from diff divisions!!! Head to head is ALWAYS 1st tie break.
