| Re: John Riggins Super Bowl run i remember this run in quite a different way. I was in the United states navy at the time and stationed on the USS Eisenhower in the med. Armed forces tv was unavailable so we had to watch a blue screen with some hack typing what was happening in the game on the tv screen. gawd that was crazy it was like 4th down and i was all up tight and there was like a 7 or 8 minute break in between 4th down and the run. what a memory. wish i could have seen it live...i did get to see it a month or so later when we got back to the states.

| Re: John Riggins Super Bowl run The difference in those teams and the teams we have fielded in the past few years: I always felt like if there was time left on the clock.....we can STILL pull it out. Now it's like, shit, there's still time left, we can still give it up. Hopefully, we turned the corner this off season, as it is sooo much fun having a team like the old skins (under Gibbs)
